EnerBank USA

As a specialized home improvement lender, EnerBank USA offers a fast and easy application process with approvals valid for 120-180 days. Pippin Brothers is an authorized contractor through the EnerBank program, meaning that the services we complete in your home qualify. There is no application fee, your home is not used as collateral, and there are no closing or appraisal costs or prepayment penalties.

Synchrony Lending

Synchrony offers loans for home improvements and products for anyone with less-than-ideal credit with no property ownership requirement! This means mobile homes are also eligible for financing over $500. The pre-qualification process is fast and won’t impact your current credit score while loans have fixed terms.

Accepted Credit Cards 

You can always feel free to pay with plastic! Many of our customers like the ease, convenience, and rewards associated with paying by credit card. You can budget what you pay each month and take advantage of receiving airline mileage, reward points, or cash back from your bank or card affinity program.

Pippin Brothers will accept payments on your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card. The balance is due on the day that the installation is completed. This way, you can take advantage of airline mileage or rewards points while making the home upgrades you need. 

Tax Credits, Rebates, and Incentives 

There are several incentives available throughout the Lawton, Duncan, and Fort Sill areas to make your home upgrades more affordable. Pippin Brothers can help you qualify for incentives so you can maximize your savings!

Public Service Company of Oklahoma Rebates

PSC of Oklahoma offers rebates for various energy efficient home improvements, including:

• Air Purifiers - up to $25 (must be ENERGY STAR certified)
• Wi-Fi Programmable Thermostats - Up to $75 (must be ENERGY STAR certified)
• Central Air Conditioner or Heat Pump Replacements - $200-800 (rebate determined by SEER rating—must be ENERGY STAR certified)
• Ductless Mini Splits - Up to $1000 (19.1 SEER2 minimum)
• Duct Sealing & Replacement - Varied amounts (only applicable when combined with HVAC replacement)
• Attic Insulation - Up to $400 (R-22 or less must be existing)

Federal Tax Credits

The Energy Efficient Home Improvement Tax Credit allows homeowners to decrease their federal tax liability by up to 30% of the total cost of qualified upgrades. These tax credits can be claimed year after year as improvements are made, though any excess from one year will not roll over to the next. 

The amount you can claim each year cannot exceed $3,200, which is separated into 2 groups:

• Up to $2,000 combined maximum on heat pumps and ductless mini splits
• Up to $1,200 combined maximum on insulation, air sealing, energy efficient HVAC systems (like boilers, furnaces, and central ACs), and high-efficiency water heaters.

To claim the Energy Efficient Home Improvement Tax Credit, talk to your tax professional about Form 5695 and Pippin Brothers will provide you with an itemized receipt for your convenience.
